For paver patios and walkways, our typical rate ranges from $25 to $30 per square foot. This includes high-quality pavers, a 5-inch base of ¾-inch trap rock, and a 1-inch layer of stone dust or chips to create a smooth, level surface. We build with a quarter-inch pitch every four feet so water drains away from the home and does not pool.

Each installation includes edging and spikes for long-term stability. We also use G2 polymeric sand between pavers, which hardens when wetted to resist weeds, control water flow, and keep the surface firmly in place.

Retaining walls generally cost between $40 and $75 per linear foot, with more complex builds reaching up to $345. Higher costs reflect additional requirements like height, width, or the need for heavy machinery. Our walls are reinforced with anchors, proper drainage systems, and protective fabric to prevent water from seeping through the structure.
